Liz, one of our beloved AWJ instructors for over a year, has stepped into her own brand — Bombshell Body. Built on the belief that women deserve fitness spaces that feel fun, empowering, and completely free from judgement, Bombshell is a place where you can move confidently, feel alive, and be part of a genuine community.

She runs Bombshell Afro Burn (Afrodance Fitness) every Thursday at 7pm at Skyline Studio — a high energy, calorie-busting, joyful dance workout inspired by Afro dance and music. Exactly the kind of movement AWJ was always about.
