Unleash your child’s energy and creativity with our AWJ Kids classes! Designed for ages 4 to 7, these fun and engaging sessions introduce young dancers to the vibrant rhythms of African dance in a playful, supportive environment. Through movement, music, and cultural exploration, kids will build confidence, coordination, and a love for dance. The Nudge Queen/King Session" is a transformative experience that blends movement, intuition, and community support to help you take the next step in your journey. Through empowering dance, guided self-reflection, and the collective wisdom of like-minded queens and kings, you'll uncover what’s holding you back and find the clarity to move forward. This isn’t just about breakthroughs—it’s about connection, action, and stepping boldly into the life you’re meant to create. Come dance, reflect, and let the nudge you need find you!

Adults -
If you are looking for a custom and convenient experience, we can come right to your doorstep! Grab a couple of friends for your weekly workout in your neighbourhood studio or home, or get your party supplies ready for the one-off celebration class. We want you to feel your most free and empowered, AND ready to dance your heart out!

Teens -
The teen years can be tough, with changes in your body, demanding school requirements and evolving friend circles. Dance may not be a magic solution, but it CAN help with building a positive self image and a strong social support system, both essential in your well-being and mental health.

Kids (Age groups: 4 to 8 y.o | 9 to 12 y.o) -
Got an energetic monkey on your hands? Drop them off with us for an hour a week or for a special event! They will not only experience a fun new dance style but also learn about the geography, history and culture of Africa. With fun games and easy mnemonics to help remember the steps, your child is sure to have a gala time. You might struggle to get them to bed after because they can’t stop dancing. Parents are also welcome to join - whether they are watching or joining in on the fun!
